TYOSHI uses secure third-party payment gateways, but we are not liable for any transaction failures, delays, or unauthorized use of your payment credentials.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition are eligible for return.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels intact.
Replacement or exchange of the same product will be prioritized. If unavailable, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Taxes

TYOSHI products are subject to applicable taxes as imposed under the laws of India. Any such taxes will be displayed during checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying applicable taxes either to TYOSHI or directly to the taxing authority, as required.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are 7 to 15 working days within India, depending on location.
TYOSHI is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

8. Claims

Any claims regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Claims related to breach of warranty (if applicable) must be raised within the specified warranty period mentioned on the product.

9. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled unless explicitly agreed to in writing by TYOSHI.
TYOSHI reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of products, fraudulent activity, or pricing errors. Customers will be notified and refunded in such cases.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TYOSHI.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites.
