Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including box, label, and seal).

Requests for return must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products that have been used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

In cases where the same product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued.
3. Replacements & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will first try to send a replacement of the same product to your address.

If the product is unavailable or out of stock, you may opt for a different product of equal value or request a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective on arrival:

5. Cancellation Policy

TYOSHI reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once the product has been shipped.

TYOSHI does not charge any additional taxes unless required by law. In case any government-imposed tax applies, the customer will be liable to bear the same at checkout.
7. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping address.
TYOSHI shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
8. Claim Procedure
All claims regarding damages, defects, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
9. Dispute Resolution
This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of disputes, the matter shall be referred to Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
